Introducing The Lab
A research room for the serious student of voice and healing.
I want to tell you about something I’ve been doing privately for a while that I’ve decided to share.
I use a tool called NotebookLM to create audio explainer videos for myself, on the research I’m obsessed with. The vagus nerve. The psoas. The immunology of singing. The history of the English language. Fascia. The ACEs research. Polyvagal theory. Nutrition. Health.
I do this because I am a lifelong student, and I need to understand the science behind what I teach at a level that goes beyond surface familiarity. These explainers help me get there.
And I’ve decided to start releasing them to my paid subscribers.
Not as a bonus. Not as filler content. As the actual research room — the place where I share what I’m studying, why I’m studying it, and how it connects to the work we’re doing together.
I’m calling it The Lab.
If you’re already a paid subscriber, thank you for your support! You’ll start seeing these in your feed. If you’ve been on the fence about upgrading — this is what’s waiting for you on the other side.
The voice work is the practice. The Lab is the understanding behind it.
